As the Curator of History and Public Programming at the California African American museum, I have two years of specialized experience working inter-departmentally with the Education Department to develop history-related public programming. Doing so, allows me to serve as a critical staff expert on the subject of African American history and culture and coordinate curriculum development for workshops and research projects.
